Fire Feast

Fire Feast Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 2026-08-04 Last Updated: 2026-08-04

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how J&B Forge Studios ("J&B Forge Studios," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use Fire Feast (the "Game").

Fire Feast currently uses guest accounts rather than email-based or password-based accounts. This policy describes the information used by the current version of the Game and its online services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect or process the following categories of information as needed to provide Fire Feast:

Guest account and installation identifiers

When you first use the Game, Fire Feast creates identifiers for the installation and its guest account. The Game also issues an authentication credential used to protect access to the guest account. Fire Feast servers store protected representations of the installation identifier and authentication credential rather than storing those credential values in readable form.

Profile information you choose to provide

You may choose a gamer name, country display value, and avatar or appearance settings. Your gamer name, country display value, avatar, rank, and score may appear in the Fire Feast leaderboard or other gameplay interfaces.

Gameplay and progress information

Fire Feast stores information needed to save and operate your game, which may include:

Virtual purchases and rewards

The current Game allows players to use virtual coins to enter contests and obtain virtual items, gear, cosmetics, or Antacid. It also provides virtual rewards such as coins, XP, daily rewards, welcome rewards, and match rewards. We process and store the balances, inventory, eligibility status, claim status, and transaction results needed to provide these features and prevent duplicate claims. The current Game does not offer real-money purchases and does not collect payment-card information.

Information stored on your device

The Game stores certain settings and progress locally on your device. Depending on the platform, this may include:

Some locally stored beta progression and reward information is separate from the authoritative coin, XP, and inventory balances maintained by Fire Feast online services.

Technical information required to operate the service

When the Game communicates with Fire Feast online services, we process technical request information needed to deliver responses, authenticate requests, apply rate limits, diagnose failures, and protect the service from misuse. This can include network request information such as an IP address and request metadata. Fire Feast does not currently use advertising or general-purpose analytics services.

The current Game does not ask you to provide an email address or password. It does not include player chat or user media uploads. The current coin bundle is not connected to a real-money payment system, and the Game does not currently collect payment-card information.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

We do not use information for advertising or cross-app tracking based on the functionality currently present in Fire Feast.

4. Guest Accounts

Fire Feast currently uses guest accounts. A guest account is associated with credentials stored on the device or installation where it was created. Fire Feast does not currently provide email login, password login, social login, or a cross-device account-recovery system.

If you lose access to the device, remove the Game's locally stored credentials, or delete the guest account, your account and progress may not be recoverable.

Deleting a guest account permanently removes the account data handled by Fire Feast online services. After deletion, the previous credentials can no longer be used to access that account.

5. Local Device Storage

Fire Feast uses local device storage to keep guest credentials, preferences, identity customization, and certain gameplay-progression features available between sessions. On supported native platforms, the Game uses protected device storage for the guest authentication credential and application storage for other local data. The web version uses browser storage.

Removing the Game, clearing its storage, clearing browser data, or changing devices may erase locally stored information. Local data may not be recoverable or synchronized with another device.

When you complete the in-app account deletion process, Fire Feast also attempts to clear the guest credentials and certain locally stored Fire Feast progression associated with the guest account on that device. Some device preferences or other local-only records may remain until you clear the Game's storage.

6. Backend Services

Fire Feast uses supporting backend, database, and hosting services to authenticate guest accounts and store the server-side information needed for profiles, gameplay progress, virtual purchases and rewards, balances, inventory, active matches, settings, and leaderboards.

These service providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to host, secure, maintain, and deliver Fire Feast. Their handling of information is also subject to their applicable service terms and privacy practices.

7. Data Sharing

J&B Forge Studios does not sell personal information.

We may share or make information available only:

Leaderboard information is displayed to other players as part of the Game. The current leaderboard can display a gamer name, country display value, avatar, score, rank, and belt information. Authentication credentials and internal account identifiers are not intended to appear on the public leaderboard.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect Fire Feast information. Current safeguards include guest-account authentication, protected credential storage, input validation, request limits, and restricted production diagnostics.

Fire Feast uses encrypted connections for communication with its online services where appropriate.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and users should understand that any online service carries some risk.

9. Data Retention

We retain server-side guest account and gameplay information for as long as reasonably needed to operate Fire Feast, maintain the account, protect the service, and meet applicable obligations, or until the account is deleted.

Information stored locally remains on the device until the Game removes it, you use the in-app deletion process, or you remove or clear the Game's storage. Operational records maintained by service providers may be retained for limited periods under their security, backup, and legal requirements.

10. Your Choices and Requests

You can use the Game's profile and settings controls to update supported profile information and device preferences. You can also request deletion of the current guest account through the in-app account-deletion control.

For questions or requests concerning your information, contact us using the information in Section 14. We may need information sufficient to identify the relevant guest account and verify that a request relates to it. Because Fire Feast uses guest accounts without email or password login, we may be unable to recover or identify an account if its device credentials are no longer available.

11. Account Deletion

Fire Feast provides an account-deletion control in the Profile screen under Account & Data. The Game requires confirmation before submitting the deletion request.

When an authenticated deletion request succeeds, Fire Feast online services delete the guest profile and its associated profile data, credentials, gameplay progress, balances, inventory, active-match information, and leaderboard entry. The Game also attempts to clear Fire Feast credentials and certain guest-progression records from that device.

Account deletion is permanent. J&B Forge Studios may not be able to restore a deleted guest account or its progress.

If you cannot access the in-app deletion control, contact us using the information in Section 14.

12. Children's Privacy

Fire Feast is a general-audience game. The current Game does not ask users to provide an email address, password, payment-card information, chat messages, or user-uploaded media.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Fire Feast inappropriately, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of online games and help them choose a gamer name that does not reveal personal information.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Fire Feast, our data practices, or applicable requirements change. We will update the Last Updated date when we publish a revised policy. If a change is material, we will provide notice through the Game or another appropriate method.
